I think I may be experiencing baby blues or even postpartum depression – what should I do?

After you have a baby it is important for you to be gentle with yourself and try not to dismiss your feelings. Recognize what is bothering you and ask for support, be true to yourself and your needs – allow yourself to be human not a super-human, you did just have a baby after all! Do not try to self-diagnose or downplay how you really feel. You should discuss the way you are feeling postpartum with your healthcare provider.
