Ranch dressing and dip recipe (coconut milk)

A refreshing ranch dressing and dip recipe made with coconut milk.

Prep time: 5 minutes (if mayonnaise is already made)        Servings: 1 ½ cups


1 cup mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

¼ cup full fat coconut milk

1 clove garlic, minced

2 Tbsp. minced fresh herbs (parsley, basil, thyme and chives – any or all) 

Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste


1.    Whisk all ingredients together. 

2.    Taste and adjust seasonings.
