For those of us trying to lose a few pounds for swimsuit season, this Summer Slimdown meal plan is worth checking out. A grocery list is included for the week of recipes!
Start your day with a delicious homemade green collagen smoothie, chia pudding, scrambled or poached eggs, or turkey breakfast hash. For lunch, have smoked salmon, tuna stuffed avocado, mixed greens, cobb salad in a jar, taco bowl, dairy free cream of mushroom soup, or chicken soup. Choose from steak, salmon and vegetable bake, maple or garlic chicken, pulled pork barbeque, tuna cauli casserole, swedish meatballs, cauliflower rice, grilled veggies, and paleo mashed potato dishes for dinner. Switch it up altogether and have breakfast and lunch options for dinner! Snack on dark chocolate tahini collagen bites, apple spice muffins, and sunbutter cocoa truffles during the day or for dessert.
